Welcome to Osgoode Ward
Uniquely rural. Uniquely connected.
A message from Councillor Isabelle Skalski
Greely is my home – it’s where I’ve built my life, raised my family, and come to understand what matters most to the people who call Osgoode Ward home. With more than 20 years of experience in government, I’ve built a track record of getting things done: cutting through red tape, improving service delivery, and finding smart, efficient solutions that respect both residents’ time and taxpayers’ dollars. I know how to reduce burden, strengthen accountability, and ensure value for money. I believe good public service means being responsive, practical, and leading with integrity.
Osgoode Ward needs well-maintained roads, reliable services, and rural-focused solutions – not “one-size-fits-all” approaches. Residents deserve clear information, practical help navigating City processes, and action when something isn’t working as it should. My commitment is simple: to listen carefully, keep you informed, and follow through until issues are resolved.
I work transparently and tirelessly to keep decision-making local, working with community associations and clubs to hear what we need to thrive and build a stronger future for our ward. I’m committed to being present in our villages, advocating for common-sense solutions and improving the safety of our streets. I am supportive of an increased police presence and investments that improve emergency services for rural residents. Every day, I’m working to move the needle on renewing roads, infrastructure, and parks, while addressing key concerns like property standards along Bank Street and safety improvements in school zones.
