Replacement bins will now be delivered to residents

Our office has received an update from Circular Materials that replacement recycling bins will now be delivered to residents at no cost, similar to how replacement bins were handled when recycling was a municipal service.

What to expect:

  • Circular Materials is transitioning to blue-only recycling bins. Once the remaining stock of old black City bins is gone, only blue bins will be provided.
  • Collection schedules are not changing – plastics/metals/glass and paper/cardboard will still be collected on alternating weeks.

You can also use:

  • Clear plastic bags for plastics, metals and glass
  • A large cardboard box to set out flattened paper/cardboard

To request a replacement bin:

Contact: Miller Waste at 1-888-852-2374

Email: Area2@MillerWaste.ca

I will continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
